Metal Earth produces a large number of licensed and classic metal model kits. Each kit comes with a few flat sheets of metal pieces that can be pressed out and assembled by following the simple instructions, resulting in a wonderful little steel model.
The American P-51 Mustang is a long-range fighter and bomber used during the Second World War and Korean War. The P-51 was designed under license to the RAF who successfully used the aircraft as tactical-reconnaissance aircraft during the Second World War. The P-51D’s were built later in the war to escort RAF bombers in raids over Germany.
This is a beautiful vintage fighter model that comes in stainless steel sheets with laser etched colouring and decals. Due to the small, intricate parts, this isn’t a good starter model – it’s recommended that the model build has some experience with other kits before tackling a model of this size.
