Description
Metal Earth produces a large number of licensed and classic metal model kits. Each kit comes with a few flat sheets of metal pieces that can be pressed out and assembled by following the simple instructions, resulting in a wonderful little steel model.
The American Saturn V Rocket is a heavt-lift launch vehicle developed by NASA as part of the Apollo program, and was in operation from 1967 to 1973. It remains the only launch vehicle to carry humans before a low Earth orbit and was used to launch the Apolo 11 mission for the first crewed landing on the moon.
This little model of the Saturn V Rocket is one of the simpler Metal Earth models (fewer pieces that come in two sheets), but it still can be tricky to assemble due to the size of the individual pieces. The finished rocket model and launch tower is a great little keepsake that will be loved by space lovers and model enthusiasts alike.
