Metal Earth Star Wars Poe Dameron’s X-Wing ‘Black One’

Metal Earth produces a large number of licensed and classic metal model kits. Each kit comes with a few flat sheets of metal pieces that can be pressed out and assembled by following the simple instructions, resulting in a wonderful little steel model.

The X-Wing starfight is a classic sci-fi ship model, and this variant, the T-70 X-Wing, piloted by Poe Dameron and codenamed ‘Black One’ in the most recent trilogy is a popular choice. Poe Dameron piloted Black One, leading Blue and Red Squadrons from their base on D’Qar and participated in the destruction of Starkiller Base.

This lovely little X-Wing T-70 model from Metal Earth is one of the simpler metal models at 54 pieces, but still requires skill and patience to complete. The small metal pieces are intricate, so it’s not a model for beginners, but when complete you’re left with a great little model (10 x 10 x 5cm) that can be displayed on the included stand. A great gift for Star Wars fans!
