Model kits come in a variety of different materials - from plastics to wooden matchstick models
It’s not essential you choose a particular material to work with, although some will be more challenging than others. For example, some models may have very small, fragile pieces which need to be handled carefully. Others are more beginner-friendly and can simply be clipped into place.
